Our shiny blue “Happy Birthday” letters accompanied by a couple of clowns, elephants and a few lions are a perfect setting for a circus themed birthday. The set contains between 25 - 30 pieces of balloons, stars and other birthday related items.

You can add the name and/or age of your birthday person at no additional cost.
